Jermaine Jackson - Jermaine Jackson's Ex-wife Drags La Toya Into Property Battle

Alejandra Jackson, who was also once married to Jermaine's brother Randy, is fighting to stay in the family's California compound with her kids after the executors requested a court order to have her removed while the home is renovated.

She claimed administrators have been trying to force her out of the house by cutting off the gas to the property, changing the locks and threatening to fumigate the home while she and her kids were in it.

The case goes to court on Tuesday (15Mar11), and Alejandra's lawyer filed legal documents on Monday (14Mar11) claiming she cannot be thrown out by estate chiefs - because La Toya Jackson is the true owner of the home she resides in.

According to the papers, La Toya held a joint tenancy for the house with her superstar brother Michael, and upon his death, would have become the full owner of the home.

But Tmz.com reports that records held by the Los Angeles County Recorder show the Thriller hitmaker and his business manager are listed as co-owners.
