I give Jermaine credit for acknowledging what this has done to Michael's children and the family. This will be hard to heal and I hope he is sincere in his desire to settle this nightmare in a private and conciliatory way, Everything this family does feeds the media monster and for that I feel sorry for all of them but my heart goes out especially to Michael's children. A collective dialogue? What does that mean, that Jermaine and other siblings still expect a say in the way Michael's money is dispersed amongst family members or what his children can or cannot do? Time to focus on earning their own money and looking after their own families, I think. I understand and appreciate their concerns for Katherine, who is not much younger than my own mother, and has had to bear a lot over the years, the worst undoubtedly being the loss of her most famous (and most talented) son. But the behaviour of some of his siblings must surely have done more to unsettle her than anything the Estate has supposedly done.
