Jennifer Lawrence thinks Nicholas Hoult is a catch

Jennifer Lawrence thinks people hate her because her boyfriend is so attractive.

'The Hunger Games' actress has opened up about her British beau Nicholas Hoult - who she has been dating since 2011 - and confessed people are often jealous of her because the 'Skins' star is so handsome, even though he has no idea how charming he is.

Jennifer told British VOGUE: ''He has absolutely no idea how good-looking he is... I think a lot of women and men hate me because of that.''

The pair have been an item since meeting on the set of 'X-Men: First Class' and have remained tight-lipped about their romance, but Jennifer has now revealed she finds his geeky dress sense attractive and thinks he looks great no matter what he wears.

She added: ''Oh, he really doesn't care [about the way he looks] ... like he'll sometimes wear these white tennis shoes with jeans, then tuck his pants into his socks.''

Aside from jealousy, the 22-year-old beauty's only fear is horror films, so she decided to conquer her phobia by accepting a role in eerie flick 'House at the End of the Street'.

Jennifer recently said: ''In real life I'm terrified of horror movies. If I want to watch one, I have to plan out the next three months of my life, because I'll know I'm going to be afraid of everything - afraid of the dark, afraid of elevators, afraid of my shadow.

''I thought if I had the experience of actually being in one it would make me less afraid of seeing them.''
