Jennifer Aniston looks like she might be splashing the cash again after being spotted looking at an apartment at 50 Gramercy Park North in New York, despite only buying a place in the city's West Village last Spring.
The pad, reportedly worth $8.7 million, is on the 9th floor of the building and is a three bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom bath room condo that's some 2,873 square feet in size and possesses 12-foot ceilings as well as great views of Gramercy Park. In addition each property comes with a key to the park, which is the only private one in the city. To put into perspective Aniston's wealth, famed fashion designer Karl Lagerfield owns a smaller apartment in the building which is currently on the market for $5.2 million. The New York Post, who reported on the story, say their source states Aniston may have been looking because the paparazzi had already "ruined" the West Village for her and current boyfriend Justin Theroux.
However, The Daily Mail suggest that the 42 year-old actress may be looking for a place to settle down and raise children with pictures showing two nurseries within the property's vast confines. The couple's West Village property cost them $15 million back in May, and Aniston has been flashing cash elsewhere too, last month spending $450,000 on a single piece of artwork at a Haiti benefit charity auction.
