Jenna Jameson - Jenna Jameson Held For Suspected Dui

Former pornographic actress Jenna Jameson was arrested in the early hours of Friday 25th for apparently driving under the influence of alcohol, ABC News reports.

Jameson was arrested early in Southern California after she struck a streetlight with her white Range Rover and following the offence she was booked and later cited and released. A statement has since been issued by her official website saying that Jameson is home and well but has no immediate comment on the subject.

Jameson was, and in many respects still is, one of the world's most well known pornographic actresses. She worked in the industry from 1993 until 2007, announcing that she would no longer appear in pornographic films, although she does still work behind the scenes in the adult entertainment industry.

The ex-porn star has 3-year-old twin sons, Jesse Jameson and Journey Jette with her boyfriend; Tito Ortiz, a mixed martial arts star. The pair are noted for their downs more so than their ups, with Ortiz being arrested for felony domestic abuse in 2010, later claiming that Jameson was addicted to the painkiller Oxycontin - something that she has neither denied nor confirmed since his accusation.

Jameson remained popular throughout her time as a pornographic actress, eventually crossing into the mainstream after publishing a popular autobiography in 2004 titled How to Make Love Like a Porn Star: A Cautionary Tale.
