Jarreau Is The New Santa Claus

AL JARREAU is set to embrace Christmas early this year (08) after falling in love with festive music.
The jazz great has just recorded his first album of carols and holiday songs and he can't understand why it has taken him so long.
He says, "I should have done a Christmas album 20 years ago... There is so much great Christmas music to do."
Jarreau adds, "I hope I can catch up on my responsibilities and make more Christmas music."
Jarreau isn't the only star talking Christmas in July - Sheryl Crow and Faith Hill are also recording their first festive albums.
