According to People Magazine, Jamie Lynn performed to a packed audience of family and friends including her grandfather who travelled from the family's hometown of Kentwood, Louisiana. Meanwhile, country music legend Pam Tillis was also spotted enjoying the singer's debut set. Her mother Lynne spoke of her delight at seeing another Spears taking to the stage, saying, "I am so emotional tonight.We are so proud of her". Jamie, who has been living in Nashville for two years with her 3-year-old daughter Maddie, was given a warm a reception at The Rutledge, a live music venue in the city. Speaking afterwards, the 20-year-old told Twitter followers, "Just wanna thank all my amazing friends and family for coming out tonight!!!".
