The couple has been spotted out and about on several different occasions in Los Angeles, sharing an intimate meal at The Churchill in June (12) and ringing in America's Independence Day in Santa Monica together on Wednesday (04Jul12), prompting gossips to speculate about a blossoming romance.

However the hunk has since spoken out to set the record straight, revealing his relationship with the Mean Girls star is purely platonic.

He tells website AnimalNewYork.com, "I can definitely, honestly say Lindsay Lohan and I are not having sex! I think I would tell everybody (if I were)."

In fact, Deen insists the pair, both 26, are still getting to know one another: "I don't know anything about her except for that she's a really nice, down-to-earth, normal girl. We went to a business dinner and she was very professional."
