Teen actor Jake T. Austin will answer a charge of driving under the influence (Dui) in court on Wednesday (20Oct13), a day after his car was involved in a separate hit-and-run incident in California.

It is not yet known if Austin was present during the accident as the driver and his passengers had left the scene of the crime by the time police arrived to investigate, according to eyewitnesses.
Cops have yet to make any arrests in Tuesday's incident, which is being treated as a hit-and-run.
