Jackson's Father Sues Over 'Forged' Will

MICHAEL JACKSON's father JOE has filed suit against the administrators of his late son's estate - alleging the superstar's will is a forgery.

The family patriarch recently launched a bid for a share of the King of Pop's fortune after he was excluded from the list of beneficiaries.

Jackson has now filed legal papers calling for estate executors John Branca and John MCClain to be disqualified, alleging they hid a mistake in the singer's 2002 will from the courts.

The estate was recently hit by claims of a possible forgery in the document, which was signed and dated "July 7th, 2002 at 5:00 pm, Los Angeles” - after pictures emerged of Jackson in New York on the day he reportedly put pen to paper in California.

Attorneys for Branca and MCClain subsequently insisted the will witnesses have confirmed Jackson himself signed the paperwork.

But Joe Jackson isn't convinced - his lawyer, Brian Oxman, tells CNN, "The executors have an obligation to tell the court the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. But for four months they've been silent as to where this will was signed. They are concealing this from the court and you cannot do that."

The petition lists 11 grounds on which Jackson believes the pair should be dismissed as executors, accusing Branca of several conflicts of interest concerning his involvement in the estate.

But Branca and MCClain have hit back at Jackson's legal challenge. Their lawyer, Howard Weitzman, tells TMZ.com, "These claims filed by Joe Jackson are so outrageous that they don't deserve any response. John Branca and John MCClain, who were designated by Michael Jackson in his will as executors of his estate, will continue carrying out Michael's wishes for the benefit of his mother, his children and charities."

Firstly, the picture has nothing to do with the main story. Why is it even there? It's a mixed story. It has been thought that the signature might not be Michael's signature. It does look somewhat different according to how it is looped and where it starts and ends. Second he was supposedly not in there on the date it was signed. That I am sure cannot be legal. If I was to have had MJ's will I would have put my family, not my business associates. I'd work out who out of my family were good at making decsions and sorting things out.

Did any of us think michael jacksons dad would stay quiet because michael excluded him out of the will we all no michael could not be in 2 places at once so some thing stinks here ! but what ever the out come is one thing we all know michael didnot like his dad as he said many times hate is some thing you cant wash away if it took many yrs to get this way to begin with its not gonna just disapear like his dad must think it took many long yrs for michael to hate his dad an hate is a terrible word, it takes more to forgive than it does to hatesome one even if michael was on terms with his dad before his death, michael had some sort of struggle with the way he felt towards his dad, even tho michael said everything was about love i think michael had a deep dark hate down inside about his dad , wills are a strange thing any one can write one but was it filed back in 2002 with the clerk of the courts that day or did it just appear after his death that is the question! an the answer should be a good one most register them with the clerk of the courts for a reason then the clerk gives you a recording sticker on it with information on it to prove it has been legally filed, thats the proper way to do things , time will tell whether its real or fake, im sure michael had a will some where but if this is not the real one where is it then do the ones in charge of his will have it or had it an destroyed it no clue but stranger things have happened. one thing is for sure he loved his children an mother unconditionally but his dad is another storie an im sure michael probally excluded his dad from the will because of every thing or did he !
