Jackson's Alleged Lovechild Relaunches Legal Bid

The 24-year-old man who believes he is MICHAEL JACKSON's lovechild is appealing a court decision rejecting him as the late star's son.

Prince Michael Malachi Jet Jackson submitted a California birth certificate listing Michael Joseph Jackson as his father in August (09) - two months after the King of Pop's death - in a bid to prove he's the singer's offspring.

His bid was turned down by officials in charge of Jackson's estate, but he's still determined to lay claim to his share of the star's fortune.

He has filed "objections of rejection" paperwork in Los Angeles County Superior Court, asking a judge to determine that he is "the biological son of decedent Michael Joseph Jackson", reports TMZ.com.

Prince Michael, who shares the same name as Jackson's son with Debbie Rowe, claims he should be receiving "whatever benefits he is entitled to" as the son of the superstar.

	I dont think he is MJ's son. This would have been found out long ago if he had a son around. Naw - just like every other person trying to cash in on MJ's fortune now. Furthermore, MJ did not put any other children other than the three on is will. I cannot imaging him having an outside lovechild knowing how much he loved children, and not acknowlege this one as his own. It does not add up.

	IF he is the BIOLOGICAL son of Michael, and has been kicked under the rug LIKE THIS he DESERVES the money and a whole lot more!! And shame on the Jacksons/and Michael if they new about him, and did nothing. WE KNOW Prince, Prince, & Paris are not!!!!!!!!!!!
