Jackson Wanted To Be 'A Work Of Art'
MICHAEL JACKSON considered his face "a work of art in progress" and underwent multiple surgery in a bid to turn himself into a great beauty, according to his longtime dermatologist DR. ARNOLD KLEIN.
Klein reveals the late King of Pop was deeply scarred by adolescent acne and burns he suffered on the set of a Pepsi commercial, and enlisted his help to repair the damage and create a beautiful countenance for his fans.
Klein tells TMZ.com, "He viewed his face as a work of art. A work in progress. It was about pure beauty. He wanted to appear onstage and take people's breath away."
Jackson died from cardiac arrest in June (09).
