Jackson Sells Tennessee Property After Dropping Price
Country music superstar ALAN JACKSON has sold his sprawling Tennessee estate after dropping the asking price by a staggering $10 million (£6.6 million).
The Remember When singer put his Franklin property on the market last summer (09) for $38 million (£5.3 million), but, after failing to find a buyer, Jackson dropped the price to $28 million (£18.6 million).
The six-bedroom estate sold last week (ends28May10), according to Williamson county property records.
The property comes with a private lake and boat house. It is the most expensive home sale in the Nashville area since 1997, according to The Tennessean newspaper.
