Jackson Re-Files Wrongful Death Suit

MICHAEL JACKSON's father has re-filed his wrongful death lawsuit against his son's embattled physician DR. CONRAD MURRAY, alleging the medic staged an intervention with the pop star just one week before he died.

Joe Jackson's initial attempt to seek unspecified damages over the King of Pop's June 2009 death was rejected in June (10) because of an error in court documents.

He was given until 13 August (10) to amend the papers, but won a deadline extension after his legal representative Brian Oxman was injured in a freak fall.

Now the patriarch has successfully lodged his complaint - released days after a judge postponed Murrary's premilinary hearing until the New Year, which will determine if he will face a trial for administering the anaesthetic that killed the King of Pop.

The documents, obtained by TMZ.com, allege Murray and concert promoters AEG Live staged a "drug intervention" at his son's home on 18 June, 2009, intended to get him to adhere to Murray's drug regimen so he could get more sleep.

Jackson claims AEG bosses were upset the singer was missing rehearsals for his doomed This Is It concerts because of medication prescribed by other doctors, including dermatologist Arnold Klein.

The suit claims AEG bosses demanded the singer "stop seeing Dr. Arnold Klein and stop taking the drugs Klein gave to him," adding they wanted Michael to "take only the medications being given to him by Conrad Murray".

Joe Jackson has previously accused Murray of withholding vital information from the doctors and emergency service operatives who were trying to save Michael's life on the day he died.

Murray is accused of administering a fatal dose of anaesthetic Propofol to his pop star client. He has pleaded not guilty to a charge of involuntary manslaughter and is awaiting a preliminary hearing on 4 January (11) to see if he will face trial.

	listen BODHI, -IGNORANT-, think what u say. if an ADDICT tells A DOCTOR inject me with this crap that may kill me, THE DOCTOR is the one and only RESPONSIBLE for the PATIENT and if hes a RESPONSIBLE DR HE SAY NO!! I WILL NOT GIVE YOU THIS CRAP CAUSE IT MAY KILL YOU. the problem here is that that CIRMINAL DR MURRAY was cashing in 150,000 DLS A MONTH as a salary, and OF COURSE HE KNEW that if he says NO I WONT GIVE U THIS CRAP, michael fires him and gets another DR that will say YES. the thing is that that CRIMINAL didnt want to lose his 150,000 a MONTH paycheck. a DOCTOR never EVER does what the PATIEENT wants, specially if that patient is an addict and is asking for sth OUTRAGEOUS. and more OUTRAGEOUS is that that CRIMINAL gave him that crap WITH NO PROPER EQUIPMENT IN THE ROOM. that DR is THE CRIMINAL THAT KILLED HIM. and thats A FACT.

And it will become more a mess as the plot tickens in this ever unfolding drama. Clearly was Jackson was overmedicaded and full of all kinds of drugs. No matter how healthy he was according to the autopsy. The life he lived was not healthy and doomed to fail one day. This could have happend 18 years ago. With and after the Jordy Chanlder allegations. Way back then he took way to many medications. It was only matter of time. Do the math and find out this whole mess was only the kind of mess where Michael Jackson could have gotten himslef in to. I don't by it anymore. I am starting to believe that the King Of Pop just simply died by an od caused only by himself. Yes, that at the time idiot docter gave it. But Michael wanted that crap. Despite all the garbage that was in his body. If the other sleeppills, marihuana, and painkillers and antidepressive,that he took didn't work for a good night sleep. That means that your body is highly tolerance after years of other garbagemedicine abuse. You don't od by nothing. You have to be severe in a hallucinatic dreamworld. Caused by years of drugabuse. That's how you use reality and start using heavier medicine. Like that wacko choice of using propofol to go to sleep. I am afraid a lot of fans are going to dissapointed. No manslaugter, no murder, no wrongfull deathcrap. Just a od by someone who caused it on himself. Ohm shanti.

	He should be suing Arnold Klein too and the other Dr's that gave Michael drugs. Just like in the Anna Nicole Smith case, 2 Dr's and her BF lawyer Howard Stern are now on trial. We'll see how that turns out!
