Jackson Love Child Bid Thrown Out Of Court

A woman alleging she is MICHAEL JACKSON's illegitimate love child has had her legal bid to lay claim to the King of Pop's fortune shot down by a Los Angeles judge.

Mocienne Petit Jackson, who lives in the Netherlands, filed court papers in Los Angeles County Superior Court in July (10), asking a judge for permission to conduct a DNA test to prove her paternity claim.

In her legal documents, Petit Jackson stated she was the daughter of Diana Ross' sister, Dr. Barbara Ross-Lee. She also claimed to be the result of a 1975 fling - when Jackson was 17.

However, her paternity claim was thrown into doubt when Ross-Lee spoke out to deny the claims, insisting Petit Jackson was "delusional" and had made up the bizarre story - because she had never even met the late superstar.

A judge ruled against Petit Jackson during a hearing on Tuesday (07Sep10) and her case was thrown out of court, according to TMZ.com.

The Thriller hitmaker died in June 2009.

I'm very happy that another fool has been thrown out of court. Where was she when MJ was being persecuted and prosecuted? I'll bet she wasn't claiming to be his daughter then. Regarding Joe: Yes, Mike admitted that his father made him a star. He also said that he would throw up whenever he knew his father was coming to see him. He also said that Joe would trip him (or one of the brothers) when they came into a room. When he asked Joe why he did that, Joe answered that it may have been for something that he (Mike) did that day or may do tomorrow. Yes, he did forgive his father and also LaToya for her foolishness when she had married that jerk, because that's who Mike was. Loving son, father and brother is who Mike was. He also loved the world in spite of those creeps who put him down and lied about him. By the way, the CBC network in Canada has been airing a very negative program (The Passionate Eye) featuring Randy Taraborelli, Diane Dimond, and old LaToya statement during her marriage to snakey guy and other detractors and liars. They aired it the week before the anniversary of his death and again this past week. I wrote to them twice asking them to at least present a program with opposite comments and views and they haven't even replied. Please, contact them, in clean language please because MJ fans were called "fanatics" in the program, so let's not prove them right. Ask for a program that gives equal time to the truth. Also, let's not buy any more books by the worm Randy Taraborelli. He was nasty.
