Jackson Estate Hit With Claim From Law Firm

Executives at a U.S. law firm have filed a claim against MICHAEL JACKSON's estate, alleging the King of Pop never paid for legal services over a period of three years.
Venable LLP attorneys are demanding $471,103 (£314,068) in unpaid fees from the star's estate, claiming the pop superstar received legal advice on a "broad spectrum of matters" from September 2006 to June 2009 - and failed to settle his bill.
Venable LLP is not the first law firm to seek money from Jackson's estate - bosses at Los Angeles-based company Mesereau & Yu, who defended him during his 2005 child molestation case, claim they are owed $341,452 (£227,600).

Tell it like it is Jackie! Almost a year...and they are professionals who will send you a bill in a minute...never mind that..they want money up front some of them. And they are going to wait almost a year to get paid? Think of the children..please...stop being greedy and evil!! If you have been able to live this long without the money you don't need it!!

This is crazy! Michael can not get a break. Where are all these vultures comming from! Why did they wait until Michael died to file these claims?? I don't know much about the law, but at this point, I think if it is possible for an estate to file bankrupcy, that's the route the executers need to take. MJ was suposedly already in death for $400,000,000 before he died. It was said that the reason for the concerts was to make money to get rid of some of his debts. How are the executers going to get around this & still find money to care for MJ's kids. There's been so many claims filed since his death, why are we not hearing of the outcome. Something is really fishy here. This whole thing might be a plot to get Branca to sell the Beatles catologue to pay of the debt. Michael never wanted to part with it. There's speculation that Branca forged the will & is not working in MJ's best interest. I'm starting to believe these conspiracy theories that he was murdered by a group of people. This whole thing is unreal. How is Michael supposed to rest in peace with all of this chaos going on. We all need to be praying for MJ & his childen.
