Jack Osbourne Ms Diagnosis: Star To 'Adapt And Overcome'
The news came only weeks after the birth of his and his fiancee Lisa Stelly's baby daughter Pearl. "The timing was so bad" he told Hello! Magazine, "I'd just had a baby, work was going great - I kept thinking: 'Why now?" He has, however, developed a sense of control over his situation and has taken the positive attitude of 'adapt and overcome', recently Tweeting to his supportive fans, 'Thank you all so much for the kind and inspirational words. It means a lot. adaptandovercome'. Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a disease that affects the nerves in the brain and spinal cord often hindering balance, sight and muscle movement. There is currently no cure for MS but there are a variety of physical, medical and mental treatments that can help to improve the sufferer's quality of life.
It seems that Jack's showbiz parents, Sharon and Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy, are finding the news just as difficult, if not more, to come to terms with. "If it was me, you'd think: 'Ozzy had a reputation and it caught up with him', but Jack is such a good guy", Ozzy told Hello! while Sharon appears to blame herself for Jack's condition. "I kept thinking: 'What did I do wrong, what did I eat or drink when I was pregnant?' I feel like it's somehow my fault", she said.
