Isle Of Wight Festival Organiser Confirms Ticket Refunds

Already the festival's main car park has been hit by flooding and his waterlogged, causing huge travel congestion. The NME is reporting that some 600 people were stranded on ferries overnight because traffic build-up meant that passengers couldn't disembark.
