Ryan Reynolds - Is Penn Badgley Jealous Of Ryan Reynolds And Ex Blake Lively's Marriage?

Ryan Reynolds recent surprise marriage has caused no hard feelings between his new wife and her former boyfriend, with Penn Badgley wishing nothing but the best to his ex Blake Lively. Badgley and Lively first met on the set of Gossip Girl and made their relationship public in 2008. However, after two years of dating the two 25 year-olds called off the relationship; they have remained friends since, though, and speaking to People Magazine, Badgley was full of love for the newly married couple.

"I actually didn't know until last night, but I think it's fantastic," Badgley said of the surprise wedding that came out publicly yesterday (September 10th). "I couldn't be happier for her." Badgley and Lively still co-star on Gossip Girl, and there was no suggestion of bitterness at all from the actor, who went on to describe his former partner's relationship with fellow actor Reynolds by saying "I think it's everything that it should be."

The news of the wedding has come as a surprise to many, with Lively and Reynolds only getting together relatively recently. Lively only split up with hunk Leonardo Di Caprio last October, but a short time later she was seen dating her Green Lantern co-star Reynolds. Here's hoping the quick fire decision to marry doesn't go the way of Russell Brand and Katy Perry's.
