Is Axl Rose Dating 23-Year-old Pop Star Lana Del Rey?
Axl Rose has fuelled speculation he is dating the 23-year-old indie pop singer Lana Del Rey, after the pair were photographed leaving the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles on Friday night (April 6, 2012). The Guns N Roses frontman, 50, and the New York singer were snapped as they made their way out of the West Hollywood hotspot and into a waiting black vehicle.
Rose was dressed in a long sleeved white shirt with ripped jeans and a hat, while Del Rey wore a denim shirt with blue jeans. Guns N Rose's guitarist DJ Ashba has played down talk of a romance, telling Tmz.com, "I don't think they're dating.Axl's really a cool dude and he likes hanging with cool people. I think they were just probably buddy-buddy, hanging out". Del Rey - who rose to prominence with her smash hit single Video Games - attended two of Axl Rose's concerts in Los Angeles in March. Guns N Roses set to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland on April 14, 2012. Rose and his group will join fellow inductees the Red Hot Chili Peppers and the Beastie Boys.
Axl's previous romances include model Erin Everly, the daughter of Everly Brothers singer Don Everly, who is the subject of the song Sweet Child o'Mine. He also had a high profile relationship with the supermodel STEPHANIE SEYMOUR.
