Plan B feels his shows are "so much better" after working out.
The 'She Said' singer - who counts his recent performance at V Festival in Essex as one of his very best - has lost 21lb in eight weeks after hitting the gym and eating healthily to get in shape, which he admitted has had a beneficial effect on his concerts.
He said: "Since I've been training I'm a lot fitter, I feel a lot better on stage and the performances and energy have been so much better."
The 27-year-old rapper - who won the Best British Male accolade at the Brit Awards earlier this year - explained he has put in "hard work and focus" to achieve his life-long ambition to be a recording artist, but in the future sees himself owning a soccer club.
He added to website AskMen.com: "People ask me where I see myself in thirty years, I always say owning a football club, and I've been thinking about getting my coaching badges. I had a dream as a kid that I would be a musician and I got there with hard work and focus. I believe anything is possible."
