Imelda May Is A Mum
Irish singer Imelda May has become a first-time mother after giving birth to a baby girl.
The Make a Wish hitmaker and her husband Darrel Higham became proud parents to Violet on Thursday (23Aug12), and May has taken to her Facebook.com page to tell her fans about the new arrival.
In a post, she writes, "Darrel and I are pleased to announce the arrival of Violet Kathleen Higham - our beautiful baby daughter, born August 23rd 2012 at 11:30."
