Ice Age - Ice Age 4 Drifts Back To Number One At U.k. Box Office

The latest installment of family franchise Ice Age has frozen out the competition at the U.K. box office by returning to the number one spot.
Ice Age 4: Continental Drift bumped The Amazing Spider-Man into second place, taking $16 million (£10 million) over the weekend (13-15Jul12).
Andrew Garfield's debut as the web-spinning superhero managed to garner another $4.8 million (£3 million) over the weekend, while Channing Tatum's stripper movie Magic Mike was in third with sales of $4.1 (£2.6 million).
Apocalyptic comedy Seeking a Friend for the End of the World ($571,000/£357,200) and Bollywood movie Cocktail ($473,000/£296,778) round out the top five.
