"I'm On Seizure Medicine, That's All", Lil' Wayne Confesses New Health Regime

Lil Wayne has told MTV that he’s taking seizure medication, following an incident last month, when he was reported to have suffered seizures in two separate incidents; one of which was whilst travelling on a private jet.

MTV news have reported that the rapper revealed, during the premiere of his ‘No Worries’ music video that he’s on seizure medication, keen to stress that he wasn’t on any other medication… legal or otherwise.

During the ‘MTV First’ premiere, Lil’ Wayne sat down for a chat with Sway Calloway. When things got a bit hot on set, he said “Please let them know that I have an air unit, but because of the sound, they don't want the air on, so it's super hot in here, I don't want y'all to think I'm on nothing, man. I'm on seizure medicine, man, that's all.” At the time of the reported seizures, Wayne’s camp came back pretty quick to say that he was just suffering from dehydration, but it now looks as though that may have been a ploy to stop prying eyes from investigation further.

"They said I gotta drink four water bottles a day, that's what the doctors say," Wayne told MTV. "I just came from the doctor. I ain't drinking four water bottles, but everything's good.” Nicki Minaj recently spoke out to quell the worries of Wayne’s fans, saying “Wayne has so many people around him that truly, genuinely love him. I'm not worried at all. Even him being on the plane, thank God that there was somebody there right away that was able to help him. I'm just thankful that he was OK." As are we! We’d miss Lil’ Wayne’s quirky antics, if he weren’t around…
