Hugh Hefner's Wedding Vendors 'Need To Be Paid'
Speaking to Ryan Seacrest on his Kiis-FM morning show, Harris cited Hugh's unique lifestyle as the reason for breaking off the couple's engagement, saying, "This isn't the lifestyle for me, multiple girls all around. I called it off because I didn't think it was the right thing for me to do". The cancellation is a headache for Hefner, whose bride-to-be is featured on the July issue of Playboy with the cover line "Introducing Mrs Crystal Hefner". The couple had also agreed to document the wedding in a reality special for Lifetime. Beverly Hills attorney Evan T. Sussan spoke to Fox411.com about the collateral finance damage, saying, "If she had cancelled the wedding months before, it would have been a different story, but cancelling a wedding five days before its scheduled to happen-there are florists and other vendors who will need to be paid".
The marriage would have been the third for Hugh Hefner, who filed for divorce from his second wife Kimberly Conrad in 2008. The 85-year-old was previously married to Mildred Williams, whom he divorced in 1959.
