Hugh Grant - Hugh Grant Welcomes Child With Actress Tinglan Hong

The couple were romantically linked together earlier this year, and Miss Hong was photographed heavily pregnant as she strolled around London last month. The British actor spoke of his delight after welcoming his first child, with his publicist saying, "I can confirm that Hugh Grant is the delighted father of a baby girl. He and the mother had a fleeting affair and, while this was not planned, Hugh could not be happier or more supportive. He and the mother have discussed everything and are on very friendly terms". Grant's past relationships include dating the actress Elizabeth Hurley, with whom he remains close friends with, and socialite Jemima Khan. His film credits include Love Actually, Four Weddings and a Funeral and About A Boy, in which he plays a cynical immature 30-something who attempts to become a role model to a disenfranchised 12-year-old boy.

Grant, whose last film role came in the poorly received comedy 'Did You Hear About the Morgans?' most recently championed the campaign against the News of the World's practise of phone hacking.
