Dance star and music producer Dj Rashad has died, aged 35.
The house music icon was found dead at a property in Chicago, Illinois on Saturday (26Apr14). Police are investigating the possibility he suffered a drug overdose, according to The Chicago Tribune.
Rashad, real name Rashad Harden, was due to play a gig in Chicago that night.
Hip-hop star Chance The Rapper was among the first to pay tribute to the late Dj, writing in a post on Twitter.com, "Music lost a legend today. And he was my friend. Love you Dj Rashad. Rip."
