Hogan Wins Restraining Battle With Love Rival

A court in Miami, Florida refused to accept Charley Hill's claims that Hogan, real name Terry Bollea, has been following and threatening him.

Following the court’s ruling, Hogan's attorney David Houston stated, "This is just another blatant attempt by Linda Hogan to try to defame Hulk Hogan’s character. We commend the judge on seeing through this ridiculous stunt and denying these baseless claims.”

The Hogans split last year (07) after 24 years of marriage.
