Hogan Loses Battle To Keep Finances Private
The Crocodile Dundee star has been under investigation by the Australian Crime Commission for the last few years amid allegations he channelled millions of dollars into tax havens abroad.
In 2009, Hogan challenged a court decision to release his private records relating to the case and the appeal went to the country's highest legal arena.
But the High Court has now ruled against Hogan, paving the way for the star's records to be made public. The judge overseeing the case told Hogan's lawyers there is no evidence the documents will damage the star if they are released.
