Dustin Hoffman has an odd hobby - he likes to watch women shopping for shoes.
The Tootsie star admits he hides in department stores and discreetly watches shoe shoppers.
He tells U.S. magazine the Globe, "It's a movie and a half. The trying on of shoes is ritualistic. It's so much joy to watch.
"Women enter a different atmosphere when they shop for shoes and they pick the ones that hurt the most."
