Lady Antebellum - Hillary Scott To Spend First Thanksgiving Away From Her Family
21 November 2012Lady Antebellum star Hillary Scott is preparing to spend her first Thanksgiving away from her family as she marks the holiday as a married woman.

The singer exchanged vows with drummer Chris Tyrrell in January (12) and she has agreed to spend the upcoming festive holiday on Thursday (22Nov12) with her new in-laws.
Scott fears she may feel homesick while separated from her relatives, so she is insisting on making a special dish for dinner with Tyrrell's family.
She tells E! Online, "I will be with my in-laws for the first Thanksgiving since we got married. Here is my one stipulation, because this is the first Thanksgiving away from my family, I have to make my grandmother's sweet-potato casserole. So I'm bringing the recipe and I'm making it because it wouldn't feel like Thanksgiving if we didn't have that."
