Hilary Swank's Acting Love
Hilary Swank loves being a Hollywood actress.
The 35-year-old star - who won best actress Oscars for 1999's 'Boys Don't Cry' and 2004's 'Million Dollar Baby' - adores the film industry and is loathed to call acting a career because it allows her to work with people she admires.
She explained: "I love my job so much that I can barely call it a job. It's such a big part of my life, and such a passion that I've never lost, it only grows. To have your work recognised by people whom you've watched and studied... I wake up and think, 'Is this really happening?' "
Hilary - who is currently working on three upcoming movies, including 'Betty Anne Waters' and 'Invasion of Privacy' - is thrilled about her latest role in 'Amelia', where she plays the tragic 30s pilot Amelia Earhart.
She explained to Britain's Hello! magazine: "Amelia Earhart is an iconic figure. She was so ahead of her time. I'm inspired by her. It's incredible this woman from Kansas who died so many years ago is still so talked about. I spent a lot of time in the air, learning how to fly. I'm a Daredevil."
