Hewitt Dating Mccarthy's Ex?

Jennifer Love Hewitt has reportedly found love again after her break-up with Jamie Kennedy - she's romancing Jenny McCarthy's ex-husband.

The actress was spotted "holding hands" and "canoodling" with TV star/director John Asher at a recent dinner party.

An eye witness tells Life & Style magazine, "Jennifer was all over him... She was not hiding her affection or attraction to him at all."

Hewitt split from Kennedy earlier this year (10) and Asher ended his six-year marriage with MCCarthy in 2006.

Ironically, the news of Asher's new romance comes a day after MCCarthy and her longtime boyfriend, Jim Carrey, split.

	Really?JLH just said,2 days ago on the Ryan Seacrest radioshow,that "I don't want dates from the entertainment business anymore!"And for years,the media has said that JLH is "dating" somebody if they're a guy merely seenwith her. I'm sure the actress is naturally gregarious and so hand-holding isn't necessarily a big deal.Sort of reminds me of the actress' own story in herown book...you know,the guy with the Altoids bragging how they were "a couple" after ONLY ONEMEETING,LOL!! Plus,this guy is a divorcee....giveme a break....
