Actress Taraji P. Henson has reached out to offer her support to a high school student battling bone cancer.
The Curious Case of Benjamin Button star has taken to her Twitter.com page to send best wishes to her son's classmate Steven Yampolsky, who has been diagnosed with cancer in his knee.
She tweeted, "Lord have mercy! My son's school mate is dying of cancer. Please lift his family up in prayer. Steven Yampolsky. SY Strength."
Michael Jackson's daughter Paris, who also attends The Buckley School with Yampolsky in Sherman Oaks, California, has also tweeted a message of encouragement.
She writes, "If God brings you to it, he'll bring you through it. Have hope Steven, we love you. We're praying for you Steven."
