Heidi Klum - Heidi Klum And Seal It's Finally Over

Heidi Klum has finally served her estranged husband Seal with the papers for divorce; the two had announced their split in January this year. The Mirror reported that Klum has cited 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason behind the divorce and has asked for joint legal custody over the four children she shares with the singer. The ex-couple had signed a post-nuptial agreement following the split, meaning that the pair have made an agreement to separate their assets in what seems to be one of the most civil separations in celeb history.

Heidi is also asking for her name to be legally changed back to Klum, adopting Seal's surname Samuel following their marriage, although she was always professionally known as Heidi Klum.

Seal, whose real name is Henry Samuel, had stated on Piers Morgan's US talk show that there was a possibility of reconciliation following the split, however the possibility looks very much off the cards now.

The two married in 2005 and have had three biological children together, with Seal legally adopting Klum's child from a previous marriage some time into their marriage. Once flaunted as the golden couple of Hollywood, the announcement of their split came as a huge shock to those concerned when it was announced in January.
