Heidi Klum's bodyguard Martin Kristen has found himself at the center of a storm after Heidi Klum's ex-husband Seal hinted that the pair were in a relationship. Seal opened up to TMZ.com about his failed marriage, saying Klum was "fornicating with the help".

The two were actually spotted alone together in New York City just a couple of weeks back. Heidi Klum and Seal separated in January, with the former filing for divorce in April. Sources suggested the international fashion star was fed up with Seal's explosive temper, though Seal was eager to repair their marriage. Sources close to Klum say Seal is out of order for suggesting she and Martin were together, calling their relationship "strictly professional", however, a friend adds that since the split, Heidi has gotten "very close" to the bodyguard who helped her through the difficulties of ending a marriage. The pal adds, "It's sad but not surprising that he would resort to making excuses for their divorce when the real reason is looking him in the mirror".

Though initially appearing amicable, the marriage split appears to be turning nasty. Heidi has told close friends that Seal made "outrageous" property settlement demands when she filed for divorce, despite having a rock-solid pre-nuptial agreement. The model claims her husband asked for a "huge chunk" of her $70 million fortune.
