Heavy Rock Heavyweights Pay Tribute To Abbott At Dimebag Bash
The trio joined members of Pantera, Sebastian Bach, Duff MCKagan and singer/songwriter Ben Harper at the Dimebag Bash, which annually honours the memory of Abbott, who was the victim of a crazed gunman at a concert in 2004.
The night's highlights included a version of Bruce Springsteen's The Ghost of Tom Joad performed by Morello and Tankian, and a reworking of Pantera's classic Seek and Destroy, sung by Draiman.
Proceeds from the five hour tribute concert will benefit the late Ronnie James Dio's Stand Up and Shout charity.
