Heather Locklear Under Evaluation In Hospital
Troubled actress Heather Locklear is under evaluation after spending Thursday night (12Jan12) at the Los Robles Hospital & Medical Center in Thousand Oaks, California.
The Melrose Place star was admitted to the hospital after her sister reportedly called emergency services to the actress' home.
Updating the media on Locklear's condition, medical centre spokeswoman Kris Carraway-Bowman has told the Associated Press, "She is still with us, she's resting comfortably and she is being evaluated."
Carraway-Bowman also confirmed reports the actress was receiving one-on-one care in the Intensive Care Unit.
Earlier on Friday (12Jan12), the actress' parents released a statement insisting Locklear was "in no danger". They added, "She's going to be just fine."
The full details of why her sister called for emergency services have not been disclosed and it is not known when Locklear will be discharged.
