Harvey Weinstein - Harvey Weinstein's Big Plans For Finding Neverland Show

Movie mogul Harvey Weinstein has vowed to take his Finding Neverland stage show to London's West End and Broadway if it proves a hit in regional England.
Weinstein has poured $16 million (£10 million) into creating his latest labour of love, the theatrical version of the 2004 film starring Johnny Depp and Kate Winslet.
The production will launch at the Curve Theatre in Leicester, England later this month (Sep12) and Weinstein insists he's keen to take the show global, especially as his children were involved with every decision along the way.
He tells the Bbc, "My kids all feel that they've got a stake in it. They've been to every workshop in New York City. Every one of them over three years. And they've been to rehearsals in the U.K.
"I have been very hands-on from script to lyrics to music and casting. In pretty much everything, (director) Rob (Ashford) and I are true partners and I made that clear in the beginning. That's how I wanted to work... (I want it to go to) the West End. And then Broadway."
Gwyneth Paltrow was reported set to take on Winslet's role in the production, but the part went to British actress Rosalie Craig, while Foyle's war star Julian Ovenden will step into Depp's shoes and play writer J. M. Barrie, the man behind Peter Pan.
