Hollywood actress Halle Berry is reportedly seeking a court injunction that will prevent her ex-partner Gabriel Aubry from seeing their three year-old daughter. Tmz.com released a story today (January 24, 2012), accompanied by a photo of Berry arriving a court, which detailed the particulars of the case.
According to the report, Halle wants to prevent Aubry from seeing their daughter Nahla, until police have finished their investigation into claims of child endangerment. Aubry allegedly pushed Nahla's nanny, whilst she was still holding his daughter and as a result of that, he is being investigated for criminal battery and child endangerment. Before the alleged incident, Aubry is reported to have spoken to the nanny in a racially abusive manner. In addition to these claims, the nanny, Alliance Kamdem has told police that Aubry would also shout at Nahla, making her cower and cry and refused to treat a rash that she had. The official response from Gabriel Aubry's representatives was dismissive: "Anyone can file a police report at any time, regardless of it being accurate."
Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry split in 2010, after Berry gave birth to their daughter two years earlier. The actress is now reportedly engaged to Olivier Martinez. When they announced their engagement earlier this month, Martinez's former girlfriend Kylie Minogue was one of their first to congratulate the couple, via her Twitter feed
