Halle Berry - Halle Berry Hotfoots It To New Role In 'Shoe Addicts Anonymous'

Hollywood beauty HALLE BERRY has agreed to take the lead role in a new film adaptation of the best selling novel 'Shoe Addicts Anonymous'. The comedy is set to be directed by PAUL WEILAND whose other works include the 2008 film 'Made of Honour' and TV classics 'Blackadder Back & Forth' and 'Mr Bean'.

'Shoe Addicts Anonymous' was originally written by Beth Harbison and is the story of four Washington DC based women with lust for fabulous foot ware. As well as a passion for shoes the women share the same foot size and meet up every week to swap and talk shoes. It doesn't take long before they start to rely on each other for much more than fashionable high heels.

HALLE BERRY who won her last and only OSCAR in 2002 for her leading role in 'Monsters Ball' is the first to be cast in the film according to deadline.com and will be playing the part of an acrophobic shoe lover.
