Halle Berry - Halle Berry Gets Restraining Order Against 'Frightening' Franco

Franco was arrested last month after scaling the wall of the actress's house. He is now required to stay at least 100 yards from Berry and her 3-year-old daughter. Franco still remains in jail after being charged with burglary and felony stalking and he is accused of entering the actress's property three times over a period of three days. Berry alleges that during one incident, the man almost followed her into the house. Franco has pled not guilty to both charges filed against him, meaning if convicted he could see his restraining order extended to 10 years.

Halle Berry has one child with the French-Canadian model Gabriel Aubry - Nahla Ariela Aubry was born in Los Angeles on 16th March 2008. The couple split in 2010 after dating for almost five years. She pulled out of shooting the upcoming romantic-comedy 'New Year's Eve' to concentrate on her child custody battle.
