Gwyneth Paltrow - Gwyneth Paltrow Defends Use Of 'N' Word In Song Title

Actress Gwyneth Paltrow has been forced to defend herself against allegations of racism after she used the 'N' word in a Twitter.com post while referring to a popular Jay Z and Kanye West song.
The Shakespeare In Love star accompanied her best pal Beyonce to watch the singer's husband perform with West during their Watch The Throne tour stop in Paris, France on Friday (01Jun12), and she was overjoyed to be invited up onstage during a special remix of their single N**gas in Paris - which they performed a whopping 11 times in a row.
She later posted a photo of herself dancing alongside the rappers on Twitter with the caption, "Ni**as in paris for real."
The comment prompted some fans to attack Paltrow for using the racial slur, which sparked debate on numerous blogs - but the actress has brushed off the controversy and called for critics to calm down.
Responding to the online uproar on Sunday (03Jun12), she wrote, "Hold up. It's the title of the song!"
Paltrow and Beyonce weren't the only celebrity fans at the Paris gig - the Crazy In Love hitmaker's former Destiny's Child bandmate Kelly Rowland joined the pair, while Justin Bieber was also in the audience.
