Super-fit singer Gwen Stefani is cutting back on her gym time to devote more attention to her family and relaunching No Doubt.
The Don't Speak hitmaker has previously admitted to working out five days a week to maintain her trim figure, but she has stopped exercising obsessively while preparing to release her reunited band's long-awaited album Push and Shove.
And the mum-of-two insists it "felt really good" to give up her fitness fixation.
She tells Britain's Elle magazine, "I've kinda stopped working out for a while. There was so much going on in my life, I was like, 'Do I really need to do this?' And it felt really good to let go of that and to start doing other stuff."
