Gruffudd's Wife Gives Him Black Eye
Welsh actor Ioan Gruffudd arrived at a recent awards ceremony sporting a black eye - reportedly from his wife, actress Alice Evans.
The Fantastic Four star was forced to wear heavy make-up over an unmistakable shiner at Wales' BAFTA Awards on Sunday (27Apr08) - after Evans, 36, allegedly whacked him in the face with a golf club by accident.
But all seemed to be forgiven, as Gruffudd paid tribute to his partner when collecting the Tlws Sian Phillips Award for his contribution to film, declaring: "Love you, baby angel."
