Gregg Allman Halts Book Tour For Cardiac Tests

Rock legend Gregg Allman has delayed his upcoming book tour so he can undergo cardiac testing.
The Allman Brothers star was booked to appear on a handful of TV and radio shows to promote My Cross to Bear in the coming days, but he has rescheduled so he can concentrate on his health.
He is scheduled to undergo tests on Friday (27Apr12) at the Mayo Clinic in Florida, where he received a liver transplant in 2010.
A statement from Allman reads, "I've been working on the book for years and am grateful for all the support I've received in putting it together. As soon as doctors give me the thumbs up to go back on the road, I will be heading out onto my book tour and I can't wait to meet all of my fans."
