Grant Slams Theatre Phone Users
British actor RICHARD E GRANT has blasted theatre-goers who don't turn their mobile phones off, and believes they should be publicly humiliated. The star sympathises with RICHARD GRIFFITHS, who has twice in the last year berated audience members whose phones have interrupted his acting. Grant says, "I think beheading would be in line for what I'm after. Mild electrocution and the stocks should be brought back and the offenders left in the lobby for people to throw tomatoes at. "Mobile phones should be banned from inside theatres."
