Actress Goldie Hawn discovered she has a secret nephew after her older sister revealed she gave a lovechild up for adoption in her early 20s.

Patti Hawn admits she and her sibling never talked about the time she was whisked away to give birth in secret when the Private Benjamin star was just 13 - and now she's revealing all in her memoirs Good Girls Don't.

She tells the Globe, "Many years later Goldie told me she suspected what had happened."

Patti has tracked her son down in recent years and the two have established a bond.
