Glover Receives Film Honour
The Dreamgirls star was commended for his Outstanding Contribution to Global Entertainment at the awards ceremony in the Nassau Coliseum.
Film director Mira Nair received the Pride of India Award and Asha Parekh, who served as the chairperson of the Indian censor board after retiring as an actress, was given the Lifetime Achievement Award.
Other winners included: Lage Raho Munnabhai (Best Film) Rajkumar Hirani (Best Director) Hrithik Roshan (Best Actor) and Bipasha Basu (Best Actress).
