Gloria Estefan Escapes Through Stadium Window

Estefan was due to introduce the Latin singer Enrique Iglesias during the game's halftime show, but found that she was unable to open the door of the suite. A locksmith, security officers, and fire-fighters were all called to the venue to try and free the singer, but they were unsuccessful. Estefan decided to take things into her own hands and WPLG-TV reports that she climbed out of the room's window and into the next suite, before running out of the door, across the field, and onto the stage.

Estefan is currently working on her new album, which will be a dance oriented record set for release in February 2011. Collaborators on the project include PHARELL WILLIAMS and CHAD HUGO from The Neptunes, as well as WILL.I.AM from the Black Eyed Peas.
